Lead the development and implementation of global compliance training programs on antitrust, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption, coordinating external counsel-led sessions and maintaining related documentation
Implement enterprise-level compliance training programs and track completion across the organization
Implement legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and brand protection platforms
Manage intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks, patents and related filings
Prepare and maintain internal legal policies, procedures, and governance documentation
Support the scaling of the legal department during SaaS transformation and organizational growth
Manage litigation holds and preservation processes, including document retention, records management, e-discovery coordination, and case management
Coordinate litigation status updates from external counsel for annual audits and internal reporting
Support the release and maintenance of privacy policy updates in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA
Manage the full contract lifecycle within the CLM system, including intake, templates, review coordination, approval routing, electronic execution and repository management
Assist with M&A due diligence by organizing corporate records and transactional documents and uploading responsive materials to the virtual data room
